The application is designed to help pilgrims prepare and organize their visit, and to help them find their way around and understand the history of the Sanctuary once they’re here.

Find your way around the Sanctuary using our interactive map and follow the suggested routes:
1. A tracking system to show you your position across the whole domain
2. A list that allows you to see all the places in the Sanctuary
3. A filter system, which can display key places, those accessible to people with reduced mobility or the different services
4. Information about each place when you click on the corresponding point on the map
Timetables
Would you like to go to the international mass, the Marian Torchlight procession or find out when the chapel of confessions is open?
Find the real-time timetables of masses and other celebrations in the Sanctuary and create a programme tailored to your individual needs.
And for those who want to look further ahead, you can also look at the schedules over two weeks.
Practical information
All the useful information you need to prepare for your visit or opt for on-site guidance:

My pilgrimage
The Sanctuary of Lourdes gives all pilgrimage organisers the opportunity to publish their programme in the App.
Pilgrimage participants will be able to:
1. View the pilgrimage programme from their smartphones
2. Take advantage of geolocation and route calculation to get to their booked venues

FAQs
Absolutely! You can access a lot of information on the app for free, such as the interactive map and much more! However, certain services such as “making a donation” require the use of a payment card. Note that our payments are secure, in accordance with international regulations and standards.
An account is required to access information from the app and to have an interface customised to your country.
The official “Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Lourdes” mobile app is available in English, Spanish, French and Italian.
You can use the app anywhere outside the Sanctuary, whether at home or when arriving in Lourdes. The “timetables” and “practical information” functions will be particularly useful for preparing your visit.
“My Pilgrimage” is a feature specially designed for pilgrimage organisers. It enables pilgrimage participants to view the pilgrimage programme from their smartphone, take advantage of geolocation and route calculation to get to the venues booked, and download the pilgrimage handbook.
You need to register your pilgrimage by filling in the form. You will receive your pilgrimage code to share with all your pilgrims and helpers (example: #AVIGNON2024) – you can, for example, print and personalise the flyer with your pilgrimage code.
One month before the start of the pilgrimage at the latest, you will receive a new e-mail with a link to a form for publishing the programme (days, times and places of celebrations for everyone). Pilgrims will be able to access all the information by entering the pilgrimage code in the “My pilgrimage” area, from the App menu.
Your App needs to have the latest update so that you can benefit from all its features and the best possible experience. To do this, go to the App store or Google Play on your phone, enter the name of the App and click on the “update” button if it appears.
You can download the Sanctuary’s “Prier avec Lourdes” App to help you pray and meditate every day, wherever you are.
On this App, you can: see the Grotto live, find a different prayer each day to Our Lady of Lourdes, join a prayer community and leave candles and prayer intentions for your friends and family.
